BEST THANKSGIVING WINES
If you’re serving wine with your Thanksgiving dinner this year, you may be wondering which varietal will work best for your meal. Well, wine expert Eric Leue is here to help take away the guess work.
Beyond side dishes and trimmings, wine can really help compliment the elaborate dinner you worked so hard to make–including that fussy but oh-so-delicious turkey.
If you’re looking for a light pairing, Eric recommends trying a Sauvignon Blanc or a Semillon. If you’re interested in something with an oaky taste, serve a Chardonnay.
For a special pairing, try a white Chateauneuf-du-Pape or a white Rioja.
Those who want to serve a red wine with their meal can’t go wrong with a good Pinot Noir.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING FROM GREGG’S TEAM!
