South Beach sophistication hits Austin. Palm trees, neon eyebrows, terrazzo lobby, porthole windows and lots of art-deco flair are evident in this 1950 state office building conversion. Converted in 1999 by the Sutton Company. The Avenue Lofts features a heated pool, polished concrete floors, high ceilings, granite kitchens and stainless appliances.
